PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
“Trial Run” purchases (For One-on-One and Group Classes):
Trial run purchases are non-refundable and expire 3 months after purchase. If you decided to buy a package (monthly subscription or punch card) after your trial run, you may use the cost of the trial run as “credit” toward the package purchase. The “trial run” payment will be required before scheduling your first class or one-on-one session. You will need to confirm your spot for each class at least 48-hours prior. Reserving your spot in class within 48 hours of class time will be subject to availability. (Class size will be limited to 8 participants.) Note: You MUST cancel with at least 48 hours advanced notice in order to save your punch for another time. Late cancellations due to illness or emergencies within 48-hours of the class time, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There will be no refunds or make-up classes for no-shows. Cancellations will need to be made IN WRITING via email to email@example.com.
Punch Card Packages (For One-on-One or Group Classes):
Punch Cards are non-refundable but they do not expire. They are not transferable to any other consumer, however, you may use your remaining punches on a Group Class card to upgrade to One-on-One sessions. Punch card payment will be required before scheduling your first group class or one-on-one session. You will need to confirm your spot for each class at least 48-hours prior. Reserving your spot in class within 48 hours of class time will be subject to availability. (Class size will be limited to 8 participants.)Note: You MUST cancel with at least 48 hours advanced notice in order to save your punch for another time. The first month’s payment is due at registration. Thereafter, your credit card will be billed monthly on the date of the original purchase until you cancel. You may cancel any time after the first month, but we cannot give pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the month’s subscription. You may attend a maximum of one class per week. If you are unable to make your scheduled class, you may join another class that week based on availability. Note: You MUST cancel with at least 48 hour’s advanced notice in order to make up a missed class. There will be no refunds or make-up classes for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Cancellations will need to be made IN WRITING via email to email@example.com.
In the normal course of the site’s operation, EverythingBabies.org generates server side logs. These are used only to monitor the performance of the application and troubleshoot errors.
Through your registration for email subscription to EverythingBabies.org, we may collect information you provide, as well as through placement of cookies or other tracking software on your computer to allow us to provide better service to you and our other customers.
